-10 egg yolks
-1 can of evaporated milk (375 ml)
-1 can of condensed milk (395 ml)
-2 cups of raw or granulated sugar
1. Mix the egg yolks, condensed milk and evaporated milk using a fork or whisk
2. Cook the sugar over low heat until caramel in colour. Immediately transfer to a tin mold before the sugar gets hard. Allow to cool.
3. Once cooled, put the egg mixture into the tin mold and cover with foil.4. Steam for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
