Red Bean Ice Cream Parfait
Ingredients:Ice Cream:- 1 can coconut milk/cream (must be 25% or more fat content)- 1/3 cup sweetened red bean paste- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugarParfait toppings (recommendations):- Strawberry Pocky Sticks- angel food cake- whipped cream- red bean paste (thinned with a bit of water)- fresh strawberries- Strawberry wafers- French cookiesReady in Total Time: 3 hr. 10 min.Prep Time = 10 min.Freeze Time = 3 hours (at least)*
