'- Almond tofu- 1 packet (7 gram) agar-agar powder- 100 gram Chinese almond milk powder- 750 ml water- 75 gram sugar (optional, use only if the particular Chinese almond milk powder you are using contains no sugar)- Optional- 1 can fruit cocktail- fresh fruit (e.g. berries, stone fruits, mangoes, etc)- maple syrup
'- Almond tofu a. Whisk together agar-agar powder, Chinese almond milk powder, and water in a sauce pot. Turn heat on and bring to a boil, whisking frequently. b. Once it boils, cook for another 2 minutes. Turn heat off, and pour into bowls/mold(s)/baking dish. c. Chill in the fridge until set.- To serve a. Serve almond tofu with a can of fruit cocktail. Alternatively, serve with fresh fruits and maple syrup.
